Eligibility Criteria for recruitment in Institute of Banking Personnel Selection
Educational Qualification/ Desired Profile

• Research Associates: Post Graduation in Psychology/ Education/ Statistics with minimum 55% marks and must have computer background
• Security and Vigilance Officer: Retired defence/ police personnel who served as a commissioned officer for a minimum of 3 years in Army/Navy/Airforce or as an officer of equivalent rank in Para-Military Forces or Police
• Junior Librarian: A Master's Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% marks and knowledge of computer and library softwares
• Assistants: Graduate from a recognised University

Experience Required

• Research Associates: Preferably One year experience in the Academic Research
• Junior Librarian: Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field
• Assistants: Preferably minimum of Six Months of experience in a testing or similar organization along with knowledge of Computer programming/ operation

Age Limit (as on 1 January 2012)

• Junior Librarian: Minimum 21 years Maximum 30 years
• Assistants: Minimum 21 years Maximum 30 years

Pay Scale for recruitment in Institute of Banking Personnel Selection

• Research Associates: Rs 9300-34800 per month initially
• Security and Vigilance Officer: Rs 15600-39100 per month initially
• Junior Librarian: Rs 9300-34800 per month
• Assistants: Rs 10,900 per month initially
