ITBPF 444 CONSTABLE/INSPECTOR RECRUITMENT MAY 2013

ITBPF-Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force Ministry of Home Affairs Govt. of India invites applications in the prescribed format from the male citizens of India for filling up the vacancies in below posts on temporary basis likely to be permanent. Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in India and even abroad. Candidates should ensure that they fulfill the conditions regarding eligibility in respect of age, educational qualification etc.

1) Name of the Post: Head Constable (Telecommunication)
No. of Posts: 369 Posts (Gen – 186; OBC – 100; SC – 55; ST – 28)

Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 28/06/2013; Relaxation of Upper Age Limit as per existing Govt. rules.
Pay Scale: Pay Band-1 Rs. 5200 – 20200/- + Grade Pay of Rs. 2400/- Per Month
2) Name of the Post: Constable (Telecommunication)
No. of Posts: 65 Posts (Gen – 33; OBC – 17; SC – 10; ST – 05)

Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 23 years as on 28/06/2013; Relaxation of Upper Age Limit as per existing Govt. rules.
Pay Scale: Pay Band-1 Rs. 5200 – 20200/- + Grade Pay of Rs. 2000/- Per Month
3) Name of the Post: Sub-Inspector (Telecommunication)
No. of Posts: 10 Posts (Gen – 05; OBC – 03; SC – 02; ST – 00)

Age Limit: Minimum 20 years and maximum 25 years as on 28/06/2013; Relaxation of Upper Age Limit as per existing Govt. rules.
Pay Scale: Pay Band-2 Rs. 9300 – 34800/- + Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/- Per Month
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Matriculation/ 10th/10+2/ Diploma class pass from a recognized Board/Institution. Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/ Institution. For post wise details please refer to the notification.
Application Fee: Rs.50/- for General and OBC category Candidates as application fee by means of “Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS)” only. CRFS stamps are available at the counter of all Post Offices of the country. Fee Stamps should be pasted on the application form in the space earmarked for the purpose and got cancelled from the Counter of Post Office of issue with the date stamp of the issuing Post Office. No application fee is required for SC/ST/ Ex-Servicemen Candidates.

How to Apply: Interested candidates who are meeting with above mentioned eligibility criteria are required to apply in the prescribed proforma given in the notification which shall be either hand-written in ink/ball pen or typewritten on foolscap size paper only. The application completed in all respect along with the required enclosures, application fee and passport size photographs affixed on application should be sent to the Post Box No 344, GPO Lucknow (UP).
