Walk-In is intended for the post of Customer Agent at Mumbai from Indian Civilians on contract basis in Air India and the details are below:

1.         Customer Agent: 65 posts (15-SC, 50-OBC)
2.         Salary:

·         First Year: Rs. 12,000/- per month

·         Second Year: Rs. 13,000/- per month

·         Third Year: Rs. 14,000/- per month

     3.     Age-Limit:

·         OBC: Min 18- Max 31 Years

·         SC: Min 18- Max 33 Years

           4.     Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (minimum three years duration) from a recognized university with ability to speak English and preference will be given to candidates conversant with local language and basic computer operation.

           5.     Selection Procedure:

·         WALK-IN DATE: 15^th September 2012

·         WALK IN REGISTRATION TIME: 0930 hours to 1230 hours.

·         VENUE: Indian Airlines Ideal School, Indian Airlines Staff Colony - I, Kalina, Santacruz (East), Mumbai – 400 029. (Bus Route No.311 from Kurla & Santacruz Rly. Station to the venue).

Registration Procedure & Fee:  Duly filled in Hindi or English and requisite documents, along with Application Fee of Rs. 300/- through Demand Draft in favor of “Air India Air Transport Services Ltd.” payable at Mumbai.   Ex-serviceman and SC/ST candidates are exempted from fee.
