I. Scientists :Pay Band PB-3 (Rs.15600-39100) [GP- Rs.6600/] or Qualification:- Scientist Ph.D (Engg. / Science) , ME/M.Tech, B.Tech/ M.Sc(first class or 60% on an aggregate or an equivalent, Post Graduate Degree in Intellectual Property Law,

AGE:- 32 years as on 10.04.2012

II. Senior Scientist :Pay Band PB-3 (Rs.15600-39100) [GP-7600] 

Qualification:- Ph.D (Engg. ), Ph.D. (Sc.), ME/M.Tech, B.Tech/ M.Sc(first class or 60% on an aggregate or an equivalent), Post Graduate Degree in Intellectual Property Law with 3yrs. experience.

AGE:- The maximum age limit for the post of Sr. Scientist is 37 yrs.
