Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) invites applications from candidates for the Punjab Civil Service (Judicial Branch) Examination 2011 to be conducted by PPSC & Hon’ble High Court of P&H for 110 Civil Judge (Jr. Division) posts more details as mentioned below :-

Civil Judge (Jr. Div.) : 110 posts, (GEN-47, SC-09, SC ExSM-02, Balmiki/Mazbi Sikhs-04, BC-09, BC ExSM-03, PH-04, FF-01, Sports Person-04), Age : 21 to 37 years as on 17/10/2011, Pay Scale : Rs. 27700-40450/- + Allowances & Benefits

Reservations & Age Relaxations as per Govt. rules (See Advertisement)

Qualifications : i) Candidate must have passed Degree of Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from any recognized University in India ii) Punjabi upto Matric (10^th) or its equivalent Standardiii) Candidates appearing in the final year/Semester of LL.B. may appear in this examination subject to the condition that they must have LL.B. Degree as on 30/09/2011

Selection Procedure : Written Examinations (Preliminary & Mains) and Interview of the successful candidates.

Application Fee : Rs. 500/- for SC/ST/BC of Punjab and Rs. 2000/- for All Others (No fee for Ex-Servicemen of Punjab Candidates) be paid through Bank Draft (DD) drawn in favour of the “Secretary, Punjab Public Service Commission” payable at Patiala.

Application Form : Candidates may download the application form PPSC Website or can obtain from the PPSC Office, Baradari Gardens, Patiala from 19/09/2011 by paying Rs.25/- at Counter & Rs.75/- by Post through Bank Draft

How to Apply : Applications in the prescribed format along with fee and all supporting documents should reach to the “Secretary, Punjab Public Service Commission, Baradari Gardens, Patiala (Punjab)” on or before 17/10/2011 upto 05.00 PM.
