RBI is invites applications from Indian Citizens and certain other categories of persons for appointments to the following posts:

Research Officers in Grade B for Department of Economic and Policy Research (DEPR): 13 posts (UR-11, ST-1 and OBC-1)

Age: 21-30 years

Qualification: A Master's Degree in Economics (with any area of specialization) with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade OR ii) A Doctorate Degree in Economics with Master's Degree in any subject with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade.

Pay Scale: Rs. 21000-36400/-

Application Fee: Rs. 100/- (No fee is payable by SC/ST/PWD candidates) payable by Demand Draft in favour of Reserve Bank of India and payable at Mumbai only.

How to Apply: Apply Online at RBI website at up to 27/06/2011 11.59 PM, print out of the system generated application form along with fee and relevant documents should be send or offline through a prescribed application form to be send to the General Manager, RBI Services Board, Post Bag No.4618, Mumbai Central Post Office, Mumbai-400008 by ordinary post
