RECRUITMENT OF RELATIONSHIP MANAGERLIC Nomura Mutual Fund Asset Management Company Ltd. is looking for young bright achievers having aptitude in Marketing especially of Financial Products and services with good communication skills and interested in marketing Mutual Fund Products; for recruitment for the posts Relationship Manager for its Area Offices & Business Centers.
Job Profile: - The post of Relationship Manager is purely Marketing oriented and the selected candidate would be required to recruit Agents and bring business for the company directly and through his agents. The Relationship Manager would be given business targets on Quarterly Basis which would depend on his/her place of posting and a review of performance shall be done periodically for Performance Incentives.The candidates who do not achieve the stipulated business criteria are liable to be removed from the services of the Company at any time.

Scale of pay: Rs.11425-755(3)-13690-840(15)-26290
Emoluments & Benefits: Total emoluments at the minimum of the scale will be Rs.18,890/- p.m. (apprx.) at Mumbai (other benefits such as P.F., Gratuity, Encashment of Leave, LTC, mediclaim etc. are applicable as per Company’s policy), Depending upon individual’s performance, the Relationship Managers are also eligible for performance Incentives (Conditions Apply).
ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS:
1) Age (as on 01/04/2011): Minimum 25 years and Maximum 30 years i.e.persons born between 01/04/1981 and 01/04/1986, both dates inclusive, will be eligible in terms of age.
2) Qualifications:
a) Post Graduate/Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with minimum 55% aggregate marks at each level i.e.HSC/SSC/Graduation/Post Graduation (If any). (If any university awards grades instead of marks, applicants should clearly mention the numerical equivalent of the grades in terms of aggregate marks) AND
b) The Candidates should be well versed with MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access), Internet Explorer, Business Correspondences etc.
c) The candidates having experience in Sales & Marketing of financial service products especially of Mutual Fund will be given preference.
3) APPLICATION FEES: A Non – refundable amount of Rs.100/- (Rupees one hundred only) by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “LIC NOMURA MF AMC LTD.”, payable at Mumbai, should be enclosed with the application.Incomplete applications or applications with defective demand drafts shall be
liable for rejection.
4) SELECTION PROCEDURE: Eligible candidates will be called for a personal interview. No TA/DA/Stay arrangement shall be provided by Company.Candidates will be short listed for personal Interview on the basis of Qualification and experience in Sales and Marketing. The number of candidates to be called for interview shall be a minimum of five times of the total number of vacancies notified hereinabove.
